Jim and team were easy to work with and very responsive.
Excellent team work!
Jim was accessible and extremely helpful. He went the extra mile to assist with an underwhelming home appraisal. He communicated on weekends and in the evenings and was patient with my questions.
There were a few bumps in the road and getting them cleared by Jim’s assistant was a little difficult so I had to escalate it to Jim to get answers and help but they were both terrific to work with and I have already referred family and friends....
