Easy process and up to date on everything
Jill made us feel like family ( the good ones)
Jill communicated clearly every step of the way. I felt that Jill kept us up to date with rapidly changing interest rates and found the best deal to meet our needs.

You need more staff. The process was not very efficient due to a lack of manpower. Jill was excellent but other people were very confusing and things were very stressful due to a lack of meeting timelines.
