Ultimately, I think the marketing of the home was the most critical factor in finally getting it sold. Staging was also important. Neither of those was something we could have done ourselves.
The confrontational defensive directive communication style did not work well with me. Felt like everything was an argument. It takes away from how much you really know about real estate. A bit more slowing down and listening instead of assuming...
