Everything was made so easy for us from getting the info needed, the reminders to review and sign documents. And everyone worked with us and made it a very pleasant experience

Communication was very poorly executed. I had to initiate all discussions and progress updates. No phone call to walk me through the final discolsure statement and address open topics from initial discussion. I currently have Cross Country...
