Not being local throughout most of the process had the potential to make communication and/or signing documents are bit challenging, but Jessamy was able to get us through it smoothly!
Jessamy was organized, communicative, and responsive. The process was smooth and she was able to close my loan in 21 days as I requested.
When we received the numbers for this loan, and said we were good with them our rate was not locked in by the lender when we said ìt was good. A few days, and a half of a percentage higher we received an email suggesting we do a "Rate Lock"....
