    We were asked for the same documents several times, and the cost was too high. We had to sign papers and more papers, then received two checks back because of overpayment, with no explanation. Hope we never have to go through this again.

    Took too long. First we had to furnish 35 documents, then we had to sign this, then something else. Very expensive and total $ incorrect for title company.
