Jerry was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He made the whole mortage experience easy and enjoyable.
Jerry Garner and staff answered all my questions and proactively communicated with me from initial contact to closing. Their level of service was exceptional.
Jerry went through extra steps to help me get a HECM when my husband was in the hospital. Unfortunately, he passed away and Jerry was very accommodating in waiting for probate and helping me. I could not have asked for any better service.
Communication early in the process was good, but the data submission process was cumbersome. It was disappointing to not be informed of approval, numbers for closing changed several times and even at closing, we were not informed of the review...
