Once the process was started and the team seemed pretty flexible when I can do some of the items with my phone and did not have access to a computer .
Jeremy and those in his office always got right back to me on any questions I had, told me clearly what the process was going to be, and there were no unwarranted surprises. The process was overall very easy.
