Where to begin? Communication was incredible as were guidance throughout the entire process and you and your team making us feel as if we are part of the extended Jeremy Schachter “loan family”.
Prompt response to all questions, either by text, email, or phone. Pleasant and helpful demeanor throughout coupled with a good sense of humor. Really cannot imagine how this could have been better!
Seeing how our entire experience was completed remotely, still the entire process was handled in a prompt and swift manner including the closing. Thank you.
