Jeremy went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order for our loan and our closing. He was always there to answer questions and thoroughly explain every step of the loan process.
There seemed to be a lot of times we would find out Jeremy was traveling and out of touch for a while. Its like no one backed him up while he was out of the office.
