Mr Poling was super nice and helpful! I'm pretty sure he was a MAJOR reason we were able to get a loan! We put a contract on a house and settled within 3 weeks!! Had to be record time! I will defiantly refer him to all of my friends.

The first was the “2015 NFM Lending Community Branch of The Year”. I won this award based on the commitment I gave to my local Frederick Community in 2015. I was selected out of 121 other NFM Lending mortgage loan originators to receive this award. I have also received the “2015 President’s Club” , “2020 President’s Club” and “2021 President’s Club” awards for total volume production of originate mortgage loans.
