Used him in 2018 to purchase 2 rental properties and he was good. When I used him again in 2020 to try and refinance my rental properties, instead of telling me he couldn't help me, I was basically ghosted.
It was as painless as possible. Very informative and helpful thru the whole process. Answered all questions either when I called or called back very quickly.

The first was the “2015 NFM Lending Community Branch of The Year”. I won this award based on the commitment I gave to my local Frederick Community in 2015. I was selected out of 121 other NFM Lending mortgage loan originators to receive this award. I have also received the “2015 President’s Club” , “2020 President’s Club” and “2021 President’s Club” awards for total volume production of originate mortgage loans.
