i was very upfront with my MLO and telling him what I wanted to spend and things of that nature . he was really receptive and having me not pay a lot in closing and i I was very grateful for that .
Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive which alleviated some of the challenging experiences as a first time home buyer.
