Very efficient; lots of communication
The process was expedited because I already had a trip planned and needed to close fairly quickly.

If a first time home buyer and I had no clue going in. I had asked the banks and they just weren’t very flexible for someone in my position, low income single mom. There’s no way the bank would have let me do a mobile home either.
