Everything went smoothly-: good customer service
Jeremy and his team did a great job making sure we were happy with the terms of our mortgage. They made sure they were getting us the best price possible.
Had to initiate most communication. When there was communication, felt like he was too busy or unwilling to go over information or left left out pertinent details. Did not meet face to face until closing day.
We were a hard case to work with. But they got it done.

The process was very easy and our expectations were ascended on closing!
Everyone in the office was friendly and professional, and got our refinance done quickly and efficiently.
Jeremy and his team are all great to work with. They got me the best interest rates, answered all of my questions, and were prompt to return all calls I made.
