Simple and easy
Timely responses and accommodated impromptu questions when we needed guidance
I appreciated all of the updates but, most of them went to either my spam or a promotional folder. I don't know if that is something that is fixable on Atlantic's end though.
Jeremy and his team took the time to explain everything to me and my husband. We are military and they broke everything down step by step of what we needed to do!
