Jay was very knowledgeable about new programs coming up that I would qualify for that helped me to get into my amazing home!
Jay and his team made the refinance very easy and relatively stress free. We were able to do the entire application and document sharing electronically. The communication was very clear during the entire process.
If you think you can’t purchase or refi- give Jay a try. We had difficulties and he never gave up on us and made it happen.
We were able to settle when we needed too despite the crazy market, and unforeseen delays and obstacles.
Fast and wonderful service. Jay does an excellent job.
