Constant communication! Was not happy with the amount of time that it took to turn this around! we know is not Mr. Trout’s problem but due to the number of loans that were in the pipeline!

easy and timely
Jeremiah was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all the questions I had and made sure I understood every process and provided timelines and updates.
