Jeremiah was the only person willing to try and get us financed since I have been self employed for less than 2 years. We got the loan we wanted, closing went smooth, and we had an overall great experience.

Jeremiah and his team pulled off what i thiught was improbable. We found a house we loved on a Monday and had preauthorized loan amount and offer accepted by Wednesday. he helped pull off a 3-4 month process in 3 weeks!
