We ended up having to change banks at the last minute. They caught up and were ready to go with two weeks left. I would use them again.

I love the videos that they send you to explain whatever process you are going through. If you'ignorant about the loan or mortgage process, the videos will explain that for you and what you need to do in the meantime.
