Made a complicated process smooth and simple

I have quoted out a refi and a mortgage through them they will not leave you alone after you tell them you are not interested... furthermore I have had 2 house deals fall through with buyers who are using Waterstone (or now Churchill mortgage)...

Christian, I'm so sorry to hear this. I believe you were using the Waterstone Branch that still exists. I don't have you in our data base. Only our Boise Branch moved to Churchill and the Waterstone you are speaking of is still with Waterstone....

Jenny and her team provided me an incredibly smooth and seamless process for my mortgage. Very communicative and enjoyed working with them. Definitely highly recommend!
