Communication was great. Worked to find the best possible solution and loan. Discussed options and listened to what we needed. We will save thousands this year in payments.

At the end of the loan all my needs were met. I liked the email reminders and portal. I did find with so many people wikeing the loan at one point the loan amount requested was almost leas then half. However they were able to fix this issue...
