The communication was great, Everthing went so smoothly. Thank you,

the actual work was fantastic but there were some communication lapses and breakdowns that prolonged the process.

Easy to contact and work with on the loan. When we had to pivot, for reasons outside of our control, Jennifer was able to rewrite the loan so we could still purchase the home.

Jennifer Rogers was EXCELLENT. Underwriting team was slow, bad communication, and forced us to extend closing by almost a week.
