Jennifer did a great job communicating during the entire transaction!
Communication was excellent. Explanations, when needed, were clear & concise. We were notified promptly when documents became available or changes were needed.
Listening to what where we were financially, our goals and helping us to reach them from where we were.
Jennifer was very kind and understanding. Jennifer returns messages promptly and always took her time to explain and guide us through the lending process. I cannot recommend Jennifer highly enough! She does a wonderful job and truly cares.
Some communication issues
