    Jennifer was great! I just prefer working with the officer directly & not having so many people to communicate with on her team. Gets confusing and gets to be a little much sometimes!

    The communication was great. Loved the app where I could see progress being made along with the personal phone calls and e-mails. You felt like you were dealing with a friend vs a "bank" per say.
