    It took 8 days after closing to receive funds from the mortgage refinance. The lawyer was unpleasant to work with.

    Loan officer was very responsive during the process. Loan processing dept did a good job getting everything done in a timely manner. Jus a GREAT experience as far as obtaining a cash out refi. Thank you.
