It went smooth and since i had experience with JenNiger in the past I left everything in her capable hands
We have been working with Jennifer for almost 10 years. Very happy with her.
Jennifer and team were patient and understanding. Whe I pushed back on some items that I didn't understand or were asked for again, her team worked with me for toward a friendly resolution.
As always i refer Jennifer to my clients! She takes care of them and gets them to the closing table!
Despite an out of control appraiser we worked through the issues and were able to close on time. Jennifer was great!

This home buying process was very smooth until the last week. The underwriter missing important items that was needed to close the loan, became frustrating. The 3-4way conversations between all parties not being consistent it was like a game...
