She was very helpful and gave advice and answered our questions with all respect.
Jennifer and her team were very patient and understanding with my many questions! They took the time to explain every detail and made sure that we worked on the conservative/cautious side so that there were no surprises !
The reality is...in this market you need a lender like Michael Taylor and his team that is on call Saturday night, all weekend, and anytime of the day to get the house you are aggressively after. We tried another lender and their 9 to 5 hours...
