Jennifer was very easy to work with. I was able to do 98% of the back and forth communication online\email which is my preference. All emails were returned within a few hours even on weekends.

Missed first day of closing because they failed to follow-up with the VA on the status of the appraisal. So, we missed our Friday closing and it got pushed to Monday. On Monday, our 2nd attempt at closing, the docs came through with errors...

Hi Dan, I researched your file from 4 years ago and found that the reason we were a day late in closing was because of your low appraisal with the VA. Due to the low appraisal, the VA did not issue the NOV to us until the appraisal was resolved....
