There was some chasing down the lending team for answers, email replies, etc. At the very end near closing, I was the one that had to request final numbers, that I did not get until the day of closing.

Jennifer was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Received great advice about locking a rate and even how to get it lowered. Jennifer really looked out for my interests and I would highly recommend her services.
