There were communication issues between both lawyers and MEP. We suffered additional delays and there was a lot of finger pointing. I believe all parties were part of the problem at various stages of the process. Everyone was “ready to go”...

My apologies for any communication issues.
Trying to have the lender hold the money for the winter items almost delayed our closing and the communication to us and both sets of lawyers was not what I expected. I would never chose this lender again
