Jennifer Ballheimer is very professional. She keeps her clients and realtors she's working with well informed, and closes on time. You never get the feeling that your file has been put on the back burner until just before closing.
Communication with us was excellent. Any time we had a question or concern, we received a phone call within minutes. Jennifer immediately put us at ease and made us feel we were the only clients she had at the time.
