Jenn and Courtney are fabulous woman to work with. They made my experience great. When I did not understand how to do a jpg. They helped me figure it out.

Our experience with Flat Branch was smooth and easy. Our team took care of everything and was always available to answer any questions we may have had to the best of their ability.

All in all, Flat Branch was able to get us where we wanted with the loan. However, there was quite the confusion when it came to what communication had been shared amoungest internal co-workers. At times, communication was not exactly clear...

Jenn went above and beyond for me. I couldn't have gotten the property I did without her ingenuity and I'm very grateful she was the lender I got to work with.

Jennifer was absolutely incredible during this entire process!! She made everything so easy and always kept me in the loop about things!! Would recommend her to everyone who is in the market to purchase a home!!!
