Jenna and her team were understanding and prompt. Up until it went to underwriting, where there was some confusion and mistakes made. However at that point it was out of her control.

We had a refinance fall through with Penny Mac that was very disappointing. Thankfully, Jenna and the team at ACM were able to quickly get us through another (better) loan process. Very happy to lower our payment AND our term.
