The additional time Jenna took to discuss options and availability after normal business hours.
Jenna was prompt, efficient, and kind. We were able to put an offer in on a house three days after we contacted her to get pre-approved for a mortgage. We would never have gotten the house without her! Thanks Jenna!
Communication was great! If we ever had a question they were there to help. Easy to work with and closing was smooth.
