    I feel that while communication at certain points may have been lacking, Jenna and her team went above and beyond to make sure this sale happened, and answered any questions I had eventually.

    Better communication- my real estate agent knew most things before I did and it was not communicated what I needed to have complete prior to the week before closing. Would have been good to know ahead of time so I could get my resources together...
