Easily accessible with a text or a phone call at anytime day or night, even when she was on vacation. Questions always answered and very patient about explaining everything about the processes and the paperwork, sometimes twice.
Jeneane as always is very knowledgeable and informed on these matters and is always available to help and answer any questions that I may have. I would encourage anyone buying a house to use her as their leader.
