I have worked with Jeneane several times on financing/refinancing a home. She has always been available to answer questions.
Flow of paper work from people other than Jeneane. Ask for tax paper work 6 hours before closing. No Very Professional.
There were no surprises. I expected complications and delays but Jeneane made it so easy not just to DO what I needed to do but, also to UNDERSTAND why and how the whole process worked and what time frame was typical. She’s AMAZING!
