Jeneane was very helpful and responsive. She made sure we understood every step of the process and our loan went through without any issues.
We hit some brick walls along the way and Jeneane didn't quit on me. She went to battle and fought many of the underwriters mistakes. She got us approved and closed. You have no idea what we went through to get to the end.
