Jena is the best! She is super responsive, attentive and helpful. She has no problem answering a million questions and is always so kind. We love working with her and would recommend her to anyone!
It was easy to get ahold of Jena and her team. They explained everything throughly and clearly.
Since I was a first-time buyer and had no experience with the process, I greatly appreciated Jena's support and guidance. She never made me feel bad about my lack of knowledge, and she was always willing to answer my questions.
There was easy and flowing communication. I was able to get Jena by phone or text whenever I had a question or needed paperwork. Thanks for your strong work ethic and knowledge.
