    Very efficient, friendly staff. I've had prior experiences of a lot of stress surrounding a home refinance with last-minute forms popping up all over the place. MN sent things timely with plenty of warning of when things were due.

    If we weren't given a pre-approval that meant nothing. If changes were made to the loan that you would inform the client about changes.
