Poor communication and incompetence from day 1 of the mortgage process resulting in much delay and frustration. Although I am confident Jeffrey Richard worked hard on our behalf, this rating would have been higher with proper communication.
Jeff and his team were very helpful and a great guide throughout this process. If any inconvenience arose, they jumped on it and took care of it. I’d recommend them to anyone.
