Jeff is a decent "salesman" for the loans, but service and communication significantly drop off after the "deal" is made. I've been using him for years, and for many loans, and the last couple of times I've noticed this.
The staff was very detailed in their requests, therefore making a quick and easy process. They were helpful at all hours of the day and very understanding.
Jeff got us the reduction in mortgage payments we were looking for!
Jeffrey and his team were great to work with! No hiccups along the way, would absolutely use them for future real estate transactions.
You got the job done, and saved us money. Everyone who worked on the application process was friendly and pleasant, even when I got a little overwhelmed.

When I had concerns they where addressed right away.
The refi got done but surprise changes was unwelcome and the $675 appraisal was blatantly inaccurate. (reported my 4bed/3bath as a 3/2)
Jeff, explained the process and stayed involved until completion.
