Jeff and his team are wonderful! So knowledgeable. And I really felt like they had my best interests at heart and always took the time to answer my questions.
For the most part my experience was great! I had a little hiccup and misunderstanding at the end which is why I chose 'OK' out of only 3 responses. I think if I had a bit more detail, knowledge or instruction, it would have been avoided.
