Loan was handled professionally and we brought the deal in for a soft landing. I was the listing agent and don't do much on the buyer side anymore but appreciate when things go smoothly and without a hitch. Thanks

We understand this deal took longer because of it being a condo and that needed to be approved by the Veterans Administration. Very grateful that we were able to help get this Veteran his new home.
