Jeffrey LaMonte

Jeff and staff were extremely knowledgeable and communicated well, they kept us informed every step of the way.

All communication was exceptional. It was prompt and the advice or explanations given were easy to understand. The entire team demonstrated great competence all around.

I struggled with getting accurate responses between all of the different moving parts that come with buying a home

Local lender helped seal the deal in bidding competition with another buyer :)

Jeff's clear, responsive communication and friendly and supportive demeanor makes a really daunting task feel far less scary and insurmountable. I always feel like I'm in great hands and like he truly cares about helping me through the process...

Was fast respnse and a great explanation on what documents I needed to have ready. And always responded and explained what the next step was and what to expect it made the whole process simple to understand and follow.

Jeff was very helpful on answering all our questions throughout the home buying process. Adviced us to stay within our preferred budget and not on how much we qualify. Best advice ever. Thank you again!

Jeff and his team are always available to answer questions and give updates . They return calls immediately whenever I need to leave a message.

Everyone I talked to was so kind and helpful!
