Helpful and flexible. Could have used a higher appraisal but got one higher after appealing the first appraiser. The mortgage application process was lengthy.

Jeff did a great job of keeping me informed during the entire process. If I had any questions he was always available to answer them. The process was fast and smooth. I would highly recommend him.
