Mr. Cheng was very communicative along our path to home ownership. Any questions he was always there. Excellent customer service skills and experience.
Attentive and even if you think you’re asking a silly question he says it’s not. And helps out in anyway he can.
Gave me a lot of advice always answer the phone when I called him also explain me things that I wasn't aware of
Jeffrey was polite, prompt, detail oriented and went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I needed out of the process.
Jeffrey was always available to answer any questions we had & we felt he had our best interest in mind. He was quick to respond and throughly explained the mortgage process to us as first time home buyers. We appreciate all his help!
