Great, responsive, and easy to work with.
Zero communication from the team. Closed a week late. Asking for documents on the day of closing for underwriting. Absolute mess.

Crazy you say that. You closed a week late because of home repairs and a compliance inspection that was needed. That has nothing to do with the bank.
