PRMG team overall is very suportive and knowledgeable and very people.
Your upload system for new loans is still awful. It's cumbersome, tedious and is so gimmicky that one small upload error can mess up the whole upload process. Good thing you have a great staff like Jeff Kuch and Robyn Smith-Manchas.
